“CCHLD turned my dirt yard into a gravel parking lot and pathway to the front door. They did a beautiful with that. Then they turned my weedy, sloping backyard into a three tired, rock wall, garden. There is a firepit and patio at the bottom. They did everything we talked about, within my budget, and it is beautiful. Thanks Chuck and crew for a job well done. “I've worked with Kerry on several projects over the past 8 years, the most recent and largest wrapping up last fall. She is thoughtful and hardworking and I recommend her highly. Her hand-drawn designs are stunning and her sensitivity to your house, your yard, your personal aesthetic is clear when you see her multiple sketch options. She understands plants and choosing the right plant materials. She understands architecture and construction and designs projects that are buildable and meet all building codes while tackling all site-specific issues. As a project manager, Kerry keeps track of all the moving pieces to make sure everything happens according to plan Kerry is highly skilled, creative, organized, and overall lovely to work with.”

“Easy choice … the duo of Jess and Scott McDermott delivers double value - two sets of eyes/ears and perspectives. They really listened to what we wanted. They offered options, rationale and clear communications- no jargon. They collaborated well with our builder and landscaping install team. They hand-selected species at the nursery, they were onsite for delivery and even replaced what did not meet their standards. They followed-up multiple times and came back on-site to check on growth. I will add pics after young plantings bloom. HIGHLY recommend with no reservation.”
