“Mrs. Anjali had created a unique design for our front yard. She worked diligently with us every step of this project because we did not know what we want, what would be appropriate for our climate zone and our particular location. She was very patient, understanding and kind. We appreciated that! She explained thoroughly the ins and outs of this project. We were particularly impressed with her knowlege of plants and flowers, it was fun to work with her. Our front yard has been outgrowing and was not taken care of for years. Mrs. Anjali turned it into a beautiful shrubs and flower bed. She took out some old bushes and trees, kept our favorite Japanese maple (which one couldn't even see) and incorporated it into her design. And we loved the choice of shrubs and flowers she made! One more thing to add --- she managed to stay on budget! She is a very resourceful designer.”

“Dede Delaney and Redtwig Garden Design have been working with me on our gardens since 2010. Redtwig has installed a cottage style front border featuring native species and herbs, a cutting garden, a shade border under spruce and white birch, and a blueberry and cranberry border on our pond, a lilac and peony border and provided maintenance and upgrades to existing areas. Dede is always mindful of our budget and has arrived and completed projects in a timely manner. Her suggestions are always helpful, her designs are impactful, her attitude is willing and cooperative. It will be my pleasure to continue working with Dede and Redtwig Garden Design -- I have recommended her to family and friends -- they have been equally pleased and impressed.”

“Ralph provided initial input for our back yard design, which really helped transform our space. He helped us visualize a unique layout to encompass our naturally-shape, in-ground pool and provided valuable input on it's installation. When time came for patio installation, his team was professional, efficient and courteous. What was going to be an 800 sq.ft. patio, became an almost 1,100 sq.ft. patio through the installation process and the team made adjustments to accommodate the additional without issue! A real Team, dedicated to doing great work and giving customers a quality, finished product. The result was amazing and we could not be more pleased. His experience and knowledge went a long way to helping create such a unique space. Thanks again Ralph!”

“In 2011, we worked with Searle Design Group to redesign our neglected backyard. The existing slope made the yard awkward and unusable. With careful regrading, the introduction of stone walls and a terrace, the new design gracefully developed three distinct 'outdoor rooms.' The selection and placement of shrubs, small trees and perennials transformed the large yard at once into a series of comfortable spaces. Four years later, the plantings have grown in beautifully, and we are thrilled with the way that the successive displays of color and texture shape and enhance the yard through the seasons. Searle Design Group are responsive, creative, and a pleasure to work with. They were happy to incorporate our ideas into the final scheme, and willing to work with us to meet our budget. Highly recommended!”

“Jane created a wonderful plan for our yard using native plants and perennials that we love and that are resistant to the deer and other wildlife we have in abundance. Jane also educated us about many of the native plants we already had growing and how beneficial they are, they weren't "weeds" at all! Low maintenance is important to us, we did not want a fussy yard. She also created a plan that we can do over time, iwhich was important for budgeting.”

“We wanted our design to be unique. We also didn't want anything that would grow too large. Monique was really sensitive to our concerns. Her design ideas were so valuable in making our new garden a truly special place of our own. Her experience and expertise helped us through every phase of the project - which was completed on time and within budget. Her lighting/irrigation/hardscape subcontractors were also fantastic! One of the best (and unexpected parts) has been how much we've learned about plants and plant care. Our neighbors have said her design has increased the value of the entire neighborhood! She turned our front yard into a beautiful garden that we not only enjoy while outside, but inside as well as we can't stop looking out our windows.”
