“Nato Vargas and his team did extensive drainage work for us in 2014. This involved taking down the soil level 4 inches in the back garden, digging and installing several french drains and a sump pump. Since then we've had no water accumulation during subsequent rainy seasons, protecting our foundation. The drainage works perfectly! Nato and team have come back twice, in 2017 and 2020, to repair and stain our back garden fence, resurface the gold fine decomposed granite paths, install a new mail box, replace a garden gate and build a wood shelter for our recology bins. Nato and his team do beautiful work!”

“I’d like to commend Joel Tapia of Bloom and Lawn Landscaping and his crew for doing such a terrific landscaping job at our home. Joel is very nice to work with and is very professional. He takes the time to review your needs and offers suggestions. Our new sod lawn and plants make our home look beautiful and brand new. It’s like a model house! Joel took the time to go with us to select the plants to go along with the new lawn. His prices are reasonable and his workers great. We had 1,000 square feet of lawn plus a tree and plants added. The job was done in just two days. We decided to retain them for our biweekly maintenance too. Thank you, Bloom and Lawn, for a job well done! You guys are great! Steve & Liz.”

It is always refreshing and motivating to witness this first hand. I have had the pleasure to watch this first hand working with Mike Hertzer , owner of Modern Landscape on a project In Palo Alto. His quality of workmanship. Communication, Follow through, and Delivery was excellent. He is a pleasure to work with fun watching his whole process. Especially working with the client and the Architect. His very respectful of both. His sense of good manorism , mutual respect, Humor when approbriate and needed adds to the project.
