“We are absolutely thrilled and so thankful we picked Teserra Outdoor living for our project!! From the moment we met Kenny, we knew we were going with Teserra. As we described our wish list for our yard...he listened intently and immediately began filling it in, fleshing it out, giving suggestions, options, creative thoughts about our space....he made it come to life for us as he described what they were going to do in exacting detail...to make our dream yard a reality for our family. We couldn't wait to sign our contract!! Kenny designed our project, brought drawings and even had a professional artist do a video rendering of our job so we could better understand the elevations and scope of each element. The design was and is "Award Winning"!! I have nothing but praise for Gary, our project foreman. Garys reassuring presence daily at our job site...allowed for us to ask questions, seek advice and benefit from his many, many, many years of building pools and outdoor spaces as we began selecting our stone, tile, pebbletech, concrete colors, coping material, etc... Gary's calm, steady demeanor is exactly what we needed during such a giant undertaking. Edmundo and his crew....the tile, stone, retention wall builders...are TOP notch!! They worked steady from 7:00 am to 4:00 everyday...until our retention walls, firepit, flagstone, stairs, coping were done and absolutely perfect!! No disappearing act for days at a time from these guys, just solid, steady, work until it was done. I am beyond grateful we selected Teserra Outdoor Living for our project. I highly recommend them and would gladly show our yard off to anyone considering hiring Teserra. Thank you Kenny and Gary. Gary's vision and expertise led to the creation of an incredibly beautiful and functional outdoor kitchen, and cozy fire pit lounge area - all of which are surrounded by zen gardens with a modern twist. Gary's creative use of plantings and recommendations on materials were all top notch. He comes with the highest of recommendations.”

“I hired this designer after interviewing about 5 others. She was recommended to me by someone after I said I was looking for a designer who was creative and did not want my backyard looking like everyone else's. I wanted a sophisticated design with attention to detail with a Zen feeling. The entire experience was wonderful. I was very involved in the process and it was fun and exciting working with Tessa Goss. She immediately understood what I wanted and completed the project in a timely manner. The job included a pool, two water features, spa, fireplace, two concrete benches, rear yard landscape, lighting, patio cover and concrete courtyard. The pool is 44' x 14', the spa is 8' x 8'. I highly recommend using this designer if you want something unique. I am delighted every day when I am in my yard and so pleased with the outcome.”

Rick worked with us to not only design the project, but assisted with budgeting and cost saving ideas - both in the short- and long-run. We appreciated his design ideas, as well as his practical solutions. The best thing: He does NOT have an ego. He wants YOU to like the final product as well. He did such a great job that the next door neighbor and the neighbor across the street are now hiring him!”

“Brian is very well respected here in our community. A client called Brian to do her backyard and Brian asked us to help with the bbq island. He was very clear in what he wanted, and made sure we provided him the colors and materials for the island so that he could work those colors into his landscape design. He made sure the placement was correct, got all the details, and then designed his landscaping around that bbq island area. When the project was done, the client's landscaping job was simply brilliant, and the clients told us how happy they were with how the project turned out. It wasn't a monster of a project, but it was, nonetheless, a great backyard that was turned into a backyard retreat. :) We DO work with Brian Westlake now on a regular basis, and we can honestly say that as far as we know, his clients are all happy and that he does most excellent work.
