“I saw the display for Landcore Landscape Construction and Design, LLC at a Home Show in Greenville, SC and was really impressed with the appearance of the display as well as the courteousness from Mark and Ezra Goding. They came to my home on the date we agreed on and was thorough with details of what would look good for my future patio and fire pit. They even drew up a plan and marked off the area so I could better visualize what could be done. They did a wonderful job plus added lighting around the house and a few trees as well as lights in the fire pit area. They were trustworthy and cleaned up the area where they worked each day. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to do improvements to their property. What they did in my back yard truly enhanced the appearance of my home. Genny Hendricks, a happy customer.”

“My wife and I bought our home almost 15 years again. We began a creative stage of remodel and add on's of our home on several occasions. I originally met with Sharon Turner the owner and designer of Creative Landscapes. I shared my thoughts of what I would like, Sharon drew up a design that far exceeded my expectations. Her team implemented her vision into reality. Over the years we have remodeled and added on to our home. On each occasion I would call Sharon for her guidence. She and her team would tweak our yard to the envy of the neighborhood. As I mentioned I have had the pleasure of knowing Sharon for over 15 years and have come to depend on her knowledge, professionalism, her guidance and I am proud to call her a friend. There are so many people moving to the grand strand on a yearly basis that are relocating for a fresh start of their lives. Their are so many landscape business that have started up that in itself can be overwhelming. But I have learned that the best way to make an informed decision on who is the best is to use web sites such as "Houzz" To read the reviews and hope that what I read is the honest truth. “For over a year, I had searched for someone to help me deal with a horrible "water issue" in backyard. People who finally came just said that the problem was more than they could handle or promised to get back to me and never did. Old South came out as promised, assessed the problem, suggested a "fix," and, once terms were agreed upon, came out and fixed the problem!! In the process, I also had them take out all the old shrubbery in my front and side yards and replace with new, smaller, more manageable plants. While here, workers were most respectful of me and my property and most willing to ensure the job was done and done well!! I would definitely recommend Old South!”

“I was impressed with the professional, knowledge, and efficient service we received from Wesley and his associates. Empire Grading was chosen to do a project at our condo association after bids were taken from three firms. Not only did they have good ideas, they were able to execute the job in a clean and timely manner. Our condo neighborhood has 30 year old landscaping which needs refreshing. Wesley provided knowledgeable insight into our situation. His effective communication was dependable and simple to understand. It is difficult to make over 100 residents and owners happy with work around our Mountain homes. Empire Grading and Wesley did just that!”
