“I love the work done by Honeysucle Nursery & Design. I had them building a two level patio, outdoor kitchen and fireplace. The lower level of the patio was around the pool that was being built by someone else. The pool contractor turned out being a disappointment and was let go. Honeysuckle Nursery & Design jumped right in and built the pool that exceeded my expectations. They made certain that I received all of the finishes that I wanted even if it meant driving me around for half a day until I was satisfied. The worker were all very kind and thoughtful, even suggesting an extra step into the pool to make it easier for the dog to exit! I would definitely recommend them if you want the perfect job done within your perfect budget.”

“We've used Anderson Design + Build twice now and plan to use them again. They completed a custom flagstone patio for us 2 years ago complete with matching bench seating, lighting and fire pit. We liked it so much, we hired them again to build a matching built-in bbq. All of which continues to receive glowing compliments. The owner Rob is honest, his prices fair, and his crews work hard. Only complaint is it can take a while to get estimates during busy times of year - so plan accordingly (If I could have given 4.5 stars I would have). We recommend them to friends and neighbors and feel good about doing so on here again.”

“We worked with Garden Gate on two major yard renovation projects, in summer 2008 and fall 2010. From concept to completion, the entire team and experience, led by designer Cathy Carr, was first rate. I would describe us as "involved" clients and our input and feedback was welcomed throughout--including thoughtful understanding of parts of the project we wished to plant ourselves. The 2010 project involved many moving parts, including removal of existing concrete/asphalt driveway, stormwater flooding mitigation, installation of flagstone patio, water feature, stone steps and driveway pavers, as well as plant installation. When the following spring thaw revealed water seepage issues, they returned without hesitation to reroute drainage and solve the problem. The projects have transformed our outdoor living space and bring us great joy as we spend lots of time outside with family and friends.”

“I hired Chad at Surrounds, because I was looking for someone who could transform our backyard into another area for entertaining. We trusted him. He worked closely with us to present and modify the designs. He let us know when things would not work. We wanted a football field for the kids, as well as covered porch for the back and stone patio /fireplace or the fall. The landscaping was to tastefully hide our close neighbors and provide a southern style charm with year round color and lots of green texture. It is gorgeous on all counts. “We contracted with The Landscape Design Center to provide a consultation and subsequent installation of a full landscape lighting update. Although we already had landscape lighting in place for a number of years, as the trees and shrubs have grown we were feeling like the existing lighting did not accentuate the natural beauty of the property nor did it provide adequate path lighting on parts of the property. Our first step was to meet with a Landscape Designer from the Landscape Design Center. She was very knowledgeable with great and creative ideas..... Exactly what we needed. She not only designed the project but also managed the project from start to finish. She also coordinated with our electrician to ensure proper coordination with out Lutron System. In all aspects, she was outstanding! The installation itself was also outstanding. This was a complete makeover. So we expected the lawn and planting beds may be pretty torn up when the project was complete. We were surprised when that was not the case at all. All of the installation was done in a professional and clean manner. You can barely tell that we had any work done at all. The end result is amazing. The new lighting brings out all the best in the property. We can't wait until warmer weather when we spend more time outdoors and really get to enjoy it even more.”
