“This was the first pool we have ever had installed and hence, met with several companies before finally deciding to go with Fantasy Pools. I am very pleased with the choice my wife and I made as Joe Watson delivered on everything he told us from the get go. There were no surprises and just the contrary, we were extremely pleased with the beautiful pool that built in our backyard near the woods. My family and I have enjoyed that pool immensely over the years and I would highly recommend Fantasy Pools to anyone considering getting a pool here in Jacksonville!”

“Very reasonable. Prompt, courteous, and professional. When we purchased a foreclosed house, we needed to have the very large (25 x 50) in-gound pool redone - it had sat for over two years. Superior Design Pools gave us an estimate that only included what he thought needed to be fixed, and let us know what the extras would cost if they were broken (e.g. light, pump, etc). Other quotes we received automatically included these things because they "assumed" they were broken. As it turns out, we were lucky and all the equipment worked! By not automatically replacing it all, it saved up a lot of $$. It was a big job - from removing the safety "cage" the city had placed over it, draining and cleaning a pool that had sat stagnant for years and filled with rotting leaves, etc, pressure washing off all of the deteriorating surface, and applying the new surface. It looks great! They did a terrific job - moved our equipment to a better location, hooked up the Polaris I had purchased separately, and just did many little "extras" at no extra charge. All the workers were extremely polite, helpful, and professional. Would definitely use them again!”

“you are like us, and did your pool company research before deciding on a pool company for your design and build, then please stop to carefully read all the wonderful things we encountered with this company, and to also note there is not one single negative thing I have to say about this company. First of all, we met with Tim, their sales person. We found him highly reliable and dependable. He showed up on time for every single appointment, he returned every email, phone call and text in a timely fashion. We found him extremely personable and friendly. He really took the time to sit with us to understand what it is that we wanted in our design, and then worked on the initial design. Afterwards, he sat with us and carefully reviewed the design, and spent countless hours helping us to edit and make the modifications in the design to completely ensure the design was exactly what we wanted, right down to viewing countless images of pool colors with us to help us select the perfect p”
