“The owner and staff have a real can do attitude and though not a large storefront, they know pool equipment and pools. Very friendly and sell you what you need without pressure cooker tactics. We inherited an AGP with our house that was neglected for almost two years, when face with the need for a new Hayward filter E-series handle housing, rather than sell me it plus an additional unneeded part that was attached, she handed me a phillips head and said "if you can get them separated, i sell you the part you need.". i'm fixing my own pool's plumbing and equipment and appreciated the straightforward, no nonsense ethic. The price wasn't any different than ordering the part with shipping, and with part in hand, I was confident that All the essentials were included and new i.e. O-ring, spider gasket. Only recommendation would be to offer Taylor water quality test kits for residential and commercial uses.”

The logs were received when promised and once installed by our local CPW utility company, the Buck Stove Pool & Spa installer came by to talk more with us about the proper operation of the logs. He was very knowledgeable, polite and professional.”
