“Ordered the spa sight unseen from Canada (live in Dallas) and absolutely LOVE it! Depth is great, leg room is wonderful (husband is 6’4”), jets remind us of the nice cruise ship hot tubs, and the steps and floor are textured to prevent slipping. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase! And Sean with Immerspa was so helpful with our questions and supported us extremely well throughout installation. Will add photos once the deck around the spa is built. A+++ organization and product!”

“We bought our Michael Phelps swim spa/hot tub from Niagara Hot tubs last year and the whole family has enjoyed it all year round. The swim spa side is great for exercising, swimming or just lounging in the pool area while the hot tub side is great for relaxing. We spend so much time in our backyard now, it has become our own oasis to relax and enjoy friends and family. Debbie and Rachelle are extremely helpful and with a quick email, our questions are answered promptly. Great customer service from Niagara Hot tubs!.”

“Of all the contractors/designers we had come to the house to quote, Joe was the only one able to provide a solid recommendation on what we should do with the space we had (which wasn't very much). All others gave us a bunch of options, but Joe had a clear vision that would meet all of our requirements as well as our budget. Throughout the entire experience, Joe was VERY responsive. He also went beyond our expectations when we needed him the most. Short version of the story, 1 mth after our pool opened a wind storm picked up our BBQ and it ended up in our pool causing a large tear in the liner. Joe managed to fit us into his schedule and get our liner replaced within a few weeks so we could still enjoy our first summer with the pool. We love our backyard oasis! Thank you Joe!”

“We have a 24 year old pool that was re-finished by Hotshot Pools. Our first visit from Pat was full of great information including many great visual samples. After some online research and visiting thier facility to see the actual product we gave the green light to proceed. We were very happy with the communication prior to arrival. They showed up when they said they would. Weather became a stresser during application on day two but the crew was beefed up and procautions made to make sure that the end result was perfect. And we have been enjoying our new pool everyday since.”
