“I found Robert at Newnan Ridge Valley Roofing on Google. I had a few neighbors who were getting their roofs replaced because of a storm that came through the area over the summer. I had this happen before in another house a few years ago. All of my neighbors were getting new roofs paid for by their insurance companies. I made the mistake of calling my insurance before calling a professional contractor. Needless to say my insurance said I didn't have any damage. I had to assume that ours was the ONLY house that wasn't affected by the storm. So this time around I made sure to get a contractor to check our roof first, so I got online to find someone. Robert is the only one out of 5 companies that I called who answered his phone. The other companies never even called me back. Robert came out and inspected our roof and even videoed the whole process! This was awesome because we could see everything that he did and what he actually saw up there. He determined that we had enough damage that it was worth it to call our insurance. He walked us through the entire process and came out to meet the insurance adjuster to insure they documented all of the damage. The insurance company wrote a check that day! Robert walked us through all of our options, we picked out our shingles and 2 weeks later we got a brand new roof. The crew was great and very respectful of our property. They didn't leave a mess and they got everything done in about 2.5 days. We decided to upgrade from the standard shingle that we had to the Owens Corning Architectural shingles because they just look so much better and they have much longer warranty than the regular shingles. I've dealt with a lot of different contractors over the years and I have to say that Robert and Newnan Ridge Valley Roofing is one of the most professional contractor companies that I've ever dealt with. I definitely recommend them and have passed his name along to a few of my friends and neighbors.”
