“I hired WC Rott to re-install gutters on one side of my house, add/tie in another side, and put new gutters on my garage. WC Rott does excellent work. I was very happy with the final product. Although the sales estimator creeped me out a little, he went through their business philosophy. I like that they use full-time employees, don't subcontract, and it sounds like their employees are treated well. They are not cheap!!! I made a split second decision, and wished I had gone with another quote that was almost 1/2 the cost, and was from another reputable company. I tried to cancel the contract, but was not able to do so without paying almost 1/2 of the total cost. For my small job, I was unhappy with that. All in all, I'm VERY happy with the quality of the work done. If you want to pay extra to feel good about supporting a company that [likely] treats they workers like real people, I would recommend them. If you want a good job done without paying (what I feel is) too much, use someone else.”
