“My project to replace drapes in my condo living/dining room proved to be a daunting task. After estimates and suggestions from several businesses, I narrowed it down to two; both good but Lisa with JLS proved to be exceptional. She, Deborah and another colleague were patient and had wonderful ideas and suggestions. Lisa must have been to my home four to five times as we narrowed down the choices. She even accepted delivery when I had to go out of town. My window treatments were installed by the JLS installer, Jorge and his crew, and I am thrilled with the results. Great company on all levels.”

“I called Blinds and Designs to come out and provide a bid for shades on a large skylight. We haven't installed them yet because all our bid came back over our budget. Blinds and designs were not the cheapest quote we received, but David, who came out and showed me some options, was very responsive, punctual and communicated well with me via email and phone. I appreciated his professionalism and would consider them again when we get our budget in order.”

Her work and attention to detail is excellent and my client's have been very happy. She has fabricated both curtain panels and roman shades for me and they have always looked exceptional and operated smoothly. “Gladys is a true professional and is the perfect example of great customer service! We love the shutters and blinds we ordered from her, especially the custom shutters for a big arch window in our family room (see photo). We reached out to a few companies when we were searching for shutters and blinds, but Gladys was the most responsive. She also took a lot of time to explain options to us and was very patient when I changed my mind and had to add to the order. The installation crew (Jeff and Jessie) are really nice guys too!”

“Maria is excellent to work with. Her memory for my preferences and with furniture I already have is exemplary. I wanted to mix some favorite Queen Anne cherry pieces with modern, clean lines in the living/dining rooms and the result is stunning! She follows through, is prompt, and is knowledgeable about product and colors. I trust her 'eye' and everything turns out beautifully done. I am working with her on another guest bedroom. “Very pleased with their products and service. We replaced the window and French door treatments in our guest room. Shutters on the windows and Roman shades on the doors. “Our family moved back into our single family home after years of being tenant-occupied. Suffice to say, we had to make several improvements that would give the interior a facelift bringing it back to a place we could call home. In addition to a fresh new coat of paint, we focused and invested in window coverings given the number of large windows throughout ---this is where the Pat Lepe Design team came into the picture via a friend's recommendation. We started the process with walk-through of our home to share thoughts about the style we envisioned would compliment our furnishings, but yet that window coverings wouldn't overwhelm the space. After selecting our desired fabrics for a mix of roman shades and drapes, reviewing an estimate that we could afford, we moved forward with placing our project order. It was reassuring to witness their constant attention to detail and quality, feedback as well as focus in staying within our budget parameters. The installation was done timely and professionally ---the quality of the roman shades and drapes were impressive. The end result for us was beautiful window coverings that compliment each room and are frequently the topic of conversation when someone walks into our home for the first time. Our family had a productive and great experience working with Pat Lepe and her team --- surprisingly a process that could be overwhelming turned out to be relatively easy going from start to completion.”
