“Adrienne was very responsive and did what it took to make sure I was comfortable with styles and colors including coming to my house several times to get it perfect. She followed up exactly as she promised and oversaw the project through to completion and then made sure I was completely satisfied after it was done. This was the first time I met Adrienne. “Mary Ann DePalma and Ron were first class all the way. We had to replace a blind still under warranty done by another owner. Mary Ann was very professional. She made us feel very comfortable as she gathered all the necessary information. She was very knowledgeable. We were promised a replacement in about a month and had it in two weeks. Mary Ann called us several times to update us about a problem with color. She went above what she had to do.”

“Dave Berardino, the owner of The Shutter Company, runs a top notch business. He is a complete professional who is a perfectionist at what he does. Dave installed the most beautiful wood shutters in 8 rooms in my home. The shutters have absolutely increased the value of my home. Not only did she walk us through the process of purchasing custom window treatments but providing us with sage advice on what to select for which rooms, helping us stay within our budget and of course, delivering the final product. She was easy to work with and took care of everything. I felt completely comfortable having her and her installer in my home without being home when they came to install the blinds and window treatments. We get tons of complements on how nice everything looks and the quality of it. We just love it!”
