She listened and understood our desires and limitations, presented our options, and helped us choose the right color. The blinds arrived within the expected two-week timeframe. It was easy to schedule installation. Sara's right-hand guy installed 16 blinds in about two hours. They removed and disposed of the old blinds for us. FYI, We chose Graber cellular blinds and room-darkening ones for the bedrooms. My husband asks, "Why did we wait so long for room-darkening blinds?" We're sleeping better.”
