“Had an excellent experience with Rescon after some basement flooding. They re-leveled our concrete flooring in our basement laundry room, and installed their custom PVC tiling thereafter. We also purchased an industrial Santa Fe dehumidifier which they installed. Ray, their rep, was knowledgeable and patient. There was quite a delay between making our 30% deposit and hearing from anyone about scheduling, so my only constructive criticism is that it would be great if their scheduling department at least provided a courtesy call to let you know the invoice had been received.”

“We hired Skillings and Sons to put in a new water filtration system for our well. This included a water softener, RO system and filtration. These guys were professional, quick and very respectful. The quoting process was very good, and they identified some other issues that needed to be resolved. They were also willing to work with us on price and parts. We had gotten several competative quotes, with Skillings being one of the higher one. They came down in price to be more in line with the rest of the quotes which helped win our business. They also allowed us to use some filtration devices that I already had purchased instead of buying it directly through them. The installation technicians were quick, and really did a good job. The installation looks very professional and they explained everything to us - on how to operate, when to call them, what settings to change / not change, etc. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.”

“We probably spent four days looking at different sheds - Lowe's, Home Depot, Wall-Pole, Fencing, different places - and the quality as we walked into Reeds Ferry Sheds... it was like walking into an unfinished house. The 2x4s were vertical, they were 16 inches on center vs Home Depot's 24 inches on center. The quality of the wood, the whole way the thing was put together, was like a house instead of a shed.”

“They were very knowledgeable and very professional. Prior to doing the work they came out, took a look around, and noticed that some of the information that had been provided by MassSave wasn't 100% accurate, but they still agreed to stick by the estimate. They went over the basics with me, especially about how to prepare, which was helpful. The project manager, Seth, was great. As they were going through and blowing in the insulation, which took about 4 days (weather was a factor), they found some rot in the side of the sun room. They had started to insulate that area when a worker noticed that there was a problem, so he stopped work and let me know immediately. Seth took a lot of pictures of the area in question and also of the area where he thought the problem started. He took a lot of time investigating, which I really appreciated. After he emailed the photos, I forwarded them on to a vendor in order to provide information about the problem. The Dolphin team worked through the snow and some pretty cold weather. Our siding is very old and brittle but they were able to follow through with the insulation with much less (very little, in fact) damage than I expected. The team was really nice and well-mannered. They were in and out of the house a lot but kept the doors closed and the rugs clean. There were a couple of instances where the insulation had actually blown into the house and when that happened, they tried to clean up as thoroughly as possible. It was a bit of a mess under the sink and there was A LOT of cellulose in my bedroom. They weren't able to clean up 100% (I still find a piece of cellulose from time to time). But then again, I admit my house isn't exactly immaculate, which didn't make clean up easy. They were very professional about the mess, taking full responsibility, and Seth felt bad that it had happened. It wasn't really the company's fault; it can happen where walls are weakest. Seth was present the whole time and made sure everything went smoothly. I am still surprised about how much less street noise there is and how much warmer it was right after they finished. I am a 100% satisfied.”
