“Loftcraft have just completed a loft conversion for us which we are extremely pleased with it. Jack and his team have been great to deal with. A very straightforward, professional guy, who is good to his word. We had complete confidence in him and he didn’t let us down. He has a very calm, can-do approach. We really enjoyed working with him. The team were very polite, considerate, tidy and have done a super job. We had very high standards which they were able to meet. Communication was good through the project. We highly recommend Jack and his team.”

“We started work on our loft conversion in August 2020. We had an unexpected need for planning permission which no one had anticipated but this was handled quickly and efficiently by the office. The team was professional, tidy and swift, and always informed us of everything along the way! “Benchmark Lofts built our loft to the highest standards, they helped us realise our design ideas for the loft into a beautiful, bright and comfortable double bedroom with a shower room. The limited space available was cleverly distributed leaving us plenty of room for storage including built in wardrobes and spacious eaves. The whole team has a great work ethic and are very efficient, the full work was done in about 8 weeks and we didn't need to move out during the process, they were always careful, clean and tidy. I highly recommend this company and will definitely be my first choice if I ever need an extension or another loft.”

“Jake did an excellent job for us, we are really happy with the way it has transformed our house! We had a few quotes and although Jake wasn't the cheapest his was the most professional and I'm glad we chose to go with him. Our quote was very detailed and the build went quicker than the schedule said which was a bonus! it was about 18 working days from start to finish for our loft which was brilliant. Jake was very informative all the way through offering up his thoughts on the layout and changes that could be made to utilise space or help the building flow better.”

“Danny and his team did a great job building and renovating our complete house. We worked with Danny on a big project in our old house in 2005 and decided to hire him again for our new home. The work included many details that Danny took care of the smallest one. Danny and his team (project managers and workers), kept good communication with us throughout, explained any issues that came and worked with us on every detail. The final turned out fantastic and we are overall pleased with the work. We will definitely hire him again.”
