Tile, Stone & Benchtop Services in Tahekeroa, Auckland

“I was looking for solid wood floating shelves and was considering a few different establishments when Chat GPT recommended them based on reviews. I gave them a call and from that point on my experience has been nothing short of amazing. Unlike some of their competitors, The Woodsmiths have wisely invested in a friendly, efficient and knowledgeable professional (big props to Skyla), to be the single point of contact during design and delivery, making the whole process seamless. The production was quick and they even sped it up a little bit to meet my schedule, delivering a day in advance. The packaging was impressive - so robust that it could have safely been put on a ship and sent anywhere in the world. I ordered Mahogany shelves that arrived beautifully crafted and exactly as I requested. Up to this point I was already a very happy customer but what happened next shows you the depth of their customer focus. I had hired the services of a 'professional installer' who unfortunately did not do justice in getting the shelves up. So I turned to The Woodsmiths with an SOS, knowing they had no obligation to help me as they had delivered the custom shelves to specs and in mint condition. The way they responded however, blew me away. Their senior folk (Tony - Director) and Daryl (General Manager) stepped in to support, with Daryl even making a trip to my house at no cost to me, to put things right. Thanks to their timely help, I now have the Mahogany shelves looking stunning and ready for use. It's actually no surprise that customer satisfaction is a lived value at The Woodsmiths, because, when company leaders demonstrate this level of commitment to their customers, it infects the entire team. I am not just a happy and grateful customer, I'll be their customer for life!”

“I visited Tile Depot Lunn Ave this afternoon Liz and the team were so helpful and provided great advice, no hesitation in recommending them”

“Okapi Tiles are fantastic! As a specifier and designer, when I needed to clarify which particular colourway and how the tile patterns would work in the scheme, Roy obliged with photos of them laid out on his factory floor. When the tilers happened to be a few short, within a few hours he personally delivered them to not hold up the timing (we weren't too far from their Albany store). As project coordinator, Okapi were always a step ahead in anticipating when info was required. So wonderful to enjoy this sort of service and care. Let alone their interesting and varied tile collections! Looking forward to working with Okapi again soon on kitchen and spatial design projects. Toni Roberts Kitchen Architecture Ltd”
