“We have had Phanton Screens on our home since 1999. We have them on 8 doors and 9 windows. They were all custom made, we love the way they let the breeze off the lake flow through the house and our outside Gazebo. We have harsh winter and love the way they're self storing and protected when not in use. About 3 years ago we had the new latches installed to all the doors which secures the doors in the wind.”

“Highest quality window, amazing double slider, custom sizes - lowest price - all done online... I didn't have to meet someone at my house until the installers showed up. Amazingly painless process, professional, quick responses, no hassle, no mess, the easiest part of this addition was the Windows; I cannot recommend using this company/service enough!! Call or email Meryl; she's great, and not having a pushy salesman in your face (or home) was a nice change from the other projects I have done. I will be using Meryl and Zen Windows Detroit again - I have no idea why anyone wouldn't too... A quote literally takes about 5 minutes online.”

“The Pella Windows representative was extremely professional and had a great personality. His name is Rip Rapotski. If you use Pella then ask for Rip. We purchased all new Pella windows for our home in Canton, MI. We are very pleased with all of our windows and doorwalls. We purchased the windows and doorwalls with the blinds inside the window panes. I love this feature. There are no dusty blinds any longer. We also purchased the roll screen, which I love. When you are not using the screen it rolls away into the door so that it does not obstruct your view. I just love looking at my Pella windows and doors!! They are totally waterproof. Our old doors leaked. They are great for energy effeciency. They will definately save us money in the future. I could not have had a better experience. I would highly recommend Pella Windows on Five Mile in Plymouth and I would most definately recommend Rip Rapotsky as your Pella representative!!!”
