Help me decide on exterior lighting
Comments (1)How about something like the below up and down wall lights in a black/dark charcoal. Up and down beams can be adjusted and when lit at night, they will show off beautifully the linear cladding....See MoreWall Light or Lamp?
Comments (2)Well done its going to look beautiful! I would consider have both! Even if you have the wall light above the bed a lamp beside you will act as task lighting for reading at night, whereas the wall light is more for lighting the room itself. Comments (0)This is the only photo. Wall colour is white and joinery is black. The floor tile is the light colour and will be in the entry, kitchen, family and dinning areas as well as bathrooms laundry and toilet. Can I pull off the dark carpet or should I choose a lighter shade to compliment the tile?...See Morehelp, paint colours for dark narrow, low light internal hallway
Comments (2)Hey there. Go for a cooler colour palette and draw the eye to a focal point at the end of the hallway, a console table, artwork, a mirror etc. A cooler paint colour helps the small space visually recede. In terms of the doors, going slighter darker will again make the space feel bigger. Go half a shade lighter on the low ceiling than the walls, using the same colour, rather than bright white, which will look dirty in the low light. Good luck!...See Moreawsomedesign
