Yes - they were spray foamed last week and an additional layer of batt insulation was installed on top of the spray foam. We also added spray foam to the bottom of the roof sheathing as part of our standard, "semi-conditioned" attic spaces. This technique increases sound insulation - removes humidity/dampness - reduces stress on attic utility equipment - increases homes green footprint.
