I'd shunt the stove and the sink so you have space to work between the sink and the stove, especially. And then I'd put a skinny pull out pantry to the left of the fridge to end that run, not a wall. Lots of storage, and you can get them at 15" width. I wouldn't put anything on the island such as a sink or a cooktop, blech. Much easier to have a plain island.

Hi Linda. The Resene Merino on the walls may make the trims possibly look more creamy. If you intend to paint your trims, doors etc, I usually tell people to use a stark white like Resene Alabaster because if you change your wall colour again at a later date it will still look good. If you know the trim colour let me know. The inspiration picture of white works well because it is broken up by lots of natural textures and materials.

Hi, The other night we noticed the lower of two pipes extruding from the exterior wall was leaking. It is funny as it seems to do it mainly at night. i attached an image to this but it doesn't seem to load so here is an external link: https://ibb.co/Sx5JXB4 Does any one know what this pipe is and what might be causing it? We had a mains hot water pressure cylinder installed about 2 months ago in the bottom part of the house but not sure if it is related. Thank you for your time.

Kia ora, does anyone have any suggestions on what to line my garage walls with in my new home with please? It's a wood frame, and very cobweby which is partly why I want to line ito I don't have to clean it again. 1. Will I have to clean all the cobwebs and dust before I line it, or can I use the lining to hide them? 2. Do I line it from the bottom of the wall ams concrete slab or a bit higher up in case there it'sa ever flooding? 3. Will it be easy to line on my own?
