Hey, Jennifer. Believe it or not, that's a "box" cabinet, one that's prefabricated. The homeowner procured this piece herself, but I believe it was ordered from Mid-Continent Cabinetry. They have an attractive vanity cabinet program. The countertop is custom, and was measured for once the cabinet was set.
