If you want plain white, I would look into quartz (man-made material). Quartz materials have all of the properties above that you are looking for. One of the manufacturers, Silestone, has a color called White Zeus Extreme that is plain white. http://www.silestoneusa.com/colors/

Quartz is an option or you could go with Super White Quartzite which is a granite that looks like a marble. If you want some movement to it Super White is the way to go, if you want just plain white, Quartz is your best option. Both are going be very hard to scratch and are resistant to heat up to 800 degrees.
