Hi Beautiful people!

I'm using a monument colour on the garage wall with rockcote finish. Painter recommend 2 coats of paint on top of the rockcote finish with colour mixed into it, because monument is a dark colour and it absorbs heat and can bubble up, if we don't put another 2 coats of paint on top.
Please help.
