the grass is probably hakonechloa macra "all gold". The purple flower is a perennial geranium, (it's confusing, but the annual flowers called geranium aren't the same thing at all) there are loads of different ones. Both should be reasonably easy to find in a good nursery, though maybe not in October.

That's right, it's the All Gold Hakonechloa. I can't recall which geranium that is.
