Hello there - James Hardie V-Groove is what was used here in this bathroom renovation I undertook - it's able to be applied in utility spaces apart from showers and direct water flow. But I use it regularly as it provides the design ethos that a lot of my clients request, and with minimal budget outlay. Hope this helps :-) Kindly, Sandy
No, the dado rail was purchased separately from a timber yard. However, I don't know if you're in Australia or not, but Bunnings do Porta Mould who supply a broad range of mouldings that I use repeatedly for all my 'Hamptons Style' design clients - an example of their product is on my [Houzz profile[(https://www.houzz.com.au/photos/rosebank-hope-island-dining-nook-and-informal-living-beach-style-dining-room-gold-coast-tweed-phvw-vp~39942101). I get a little creative with their products (unfortunately I don't tend to take many photos so can't share a great deal of the different designs I've done with this product but it's rather endless). All I would recommend with this particular product, is that if you are to use it where water will potentially penetrate, you will need to consider a very good water resistant undercoat and top coat/sealer. I have used their product but not in an area where water will penetrate repeatedly. Best to talk with the supplier that you are possibly purchasing from for their expert advice on their particular product - all the best with your project - it sounds exciting for you :) Kindly, Sandy
