Hi anna_cannon, having a plan drawn is a good start, you might want to put the dimension on the plan as well just to help others know exactly where everything is. This is what I think works given the information I have. Not sure if you how much renovation you are looking at and whether you need both doors to the back but I kept them just in case. Basically I have grouped similar functions together such as (freezer, pantry) (linen, washer/dryer, sink), and (bench, coat hanging close to the doors in the back) ... all the plumbing stays the same to keep cost down. Hope this gives you an idea on what's possible in your multi-functional space.

@Lavalla - your project sounds fascinating. I'd love to know more and see what you're up to. The taupe countertops are nice. Have you seen all the new choices of backsplash tiles that are available currently? There are so many beautiful ones, there isn't a need to settle on white subway tiles. Venture out to the big box stores or flooring showrooms and take a look... There are tile caps of all sizes to finish off the ends. A nice one is called a tile liner, and it's about 1/2"-wide. There's also metal strips that can be laid in to finish the tile, it looks very nice. They are called: Schluter Systems 0.375-in W x 98.5-in L Aluminum Commercial/Residential Tile Edge Trim and can be found at Lowe's. They come in different colors.

Hi Cole, I have done a quick sketch for you. This is hard without talking to you directly and learning about your situation, the rest of the house and your requirements. My thought was having a separate space for a tv/ reading lounge facing south and the dining living lounge facing north. the kitchen would connect it all. This is pretty rough and i think you have to double check your room measurements as they are not adding up?! Please let me know if you have any questions or want to explore other options?
