We are about to build a large new home and appreciate the sophistication of both toilet and vanity units which are suspended above the floor. I am also looking at taps in the wall instead of on the vanity units but have one concern and that is what happens should you need to get into cistern or if a water pipe burst (in the far future). Would the plumber have to remove tiles to get to the unit?
