Olive tree lookalike zone 6?

Love the look of olive trees but I'm in zone 6 which is apparently too cold. any suggestions for something similar in appearance?

Eléagnus angustifolia

It closely resembles an olive tree, resists cold but is deciduous.

Beware of eleagnus angusrifolia (Russian Olive) as it’s very invasive.
