Please share details of the wood counter top. I have a butcher block top that has a large gap down the middle that has been filled with wood filler. Is there a way to have a more solid surface? Thanks so much!
Wood tops need to be floating, so to allow the natural movement of the wood. Natural wood will expand and contract with the change in moisture in the air. You need to have the counter reglued together, and mounted in such a way that it can float.
