Sorry, I don't know where I can send the message to your team for my questions;
I've bought Sunburst 12-Light Brass Chandelier from you via Houzz, And found out that it is difficult to put it together even though we had the handyman for assembly help. Some of starburst spikes still can't get to thread into the holes. I was wondering if there is any way we could get some support or you could send the instructions to me at zwching@gmail.com?
