For the fireplace inserts go ahead and do the green order a second set of panels that you store that are more neutral. In 10 years or five years you may not like the green anymore. It's possible you won't have access to different colored panels at that time. As for the color I like the ideas of going into those silvers it would coordinate very well with your blue couch and it will pull the blues out of the curtain panels. For the wall coloring use the warm golden color in the drape. There is one piece of the flower that has this color and it will balance the weight of a dark couch. If your room is small don't go too dark in this color. You could use it on the main wall and pick two shades lighter on the other three walls.

I like @kelly's idea of picking a lovely fresh color of paint for the door. You can then bring it down onto the stair risers. Either a solid color to match the front door, or go wild and add some decorative elements to the risers with stencils. Or think of staining the door a great color and coordinate the stair railings and risers. This just popped up , but I see it is quite old . Did you decide on paint colours ? The roof looks almost a brown tone in the photos , but you say it is dark grey . I assume you don't want to paint that ? If you do , go more charcoal IMO . If you don't , I'm assumimg it will look several shades darker with your wall colour choices . There is a roller door on the garage that appears to be a nice shade of orangey yellow . Personally , I would go with your colour choices , but do all the doors ( roller doors , wooden doors ) and gutterings in that ochre shade . Your terrace I would do in a charcoal , but with the top rail either in the orangey yellow , or a really crisp white . I know that sounds a bit 70's ( although they would have added a lot of ranch brown back then haha ! ) but against the light grey I suspect it would work together well , and look the part .
