Comments (1)Judging from where the sunlight hits and the boxes are, it looks as though you could fit another slim -- laptop depth -- work area into the alcove to the right of the existing desk, as you mention kids, plural. What a lovely view for them to gaze out at while they think!...See MoreEvery Nook and Cranny
Comments (9)Art gallery wall definitely - either one very large dramatic artwork or a selection of black and white prints - could be some of your own photos enlarged, printed in black and white and framed in black. But you also need something under the stairs on the floor. I liked the plant suggestion, or perhaps a large basket or some sort of natural material holdall. How about a stand/table for umbrellas, bags etc?...See MoreAny ideas as to what I can do with the space under spiral staircase.
Comments (0)We have a large area under the spiral staircase which is under utilised. I have solved one area with a floating shelf but the main area directly under the staircase could do with something quirky and modern to stop our atrium from looking overly large and sparse. Comments (4)It's not showing in the Ozzie forum. You need to change your country to oz, then start a new thread, with the photos and post it. If you go to the Ozzie forum, you won't be able to find it. So what I think you have done, is just change your setting...but you need to post fresh I am afraid! So you will have two posts, one in NZ forum and one in oz...but the Ozzie peeps will only see your oz one, so don't mention posting previously Keep that between us. :)...See MoreE D
