will all the bedrooms be used regularly, do you have any good or bad views from upstairs, could you post the downstairs plans and where is north on the plans?

thanks for your reply. sorry for all the missing info - my first time posting. I’ve added the downstairs plans. I’m very happy with the downstairs plan but I find the upstairs squished - all the rooms are quite small and same with the retreat. north is the side where the two bedrooms are currently. at this time in my life 4 bedrooms would be unnecessary. But thinking of this as a forever home for future kids and parents once they are in old age (Downstairs bedroom for them). Welcome any suggestions or answer any questions you might have

the dimensions shown on the plans are inconsistent eg the retreat is supposed to be 2.7 wide and the the bedroom is supposed to be more than 3m but is shown on the plan as being narrower and the length of the retreat is supposed to be shorter than the master bedroom but is shown as much longer....the length of the northern wall is shown as 6.8m but that doesn't allow enough space for the bedrooms, shower and thickness of all the walls....the numbers don't add up ..we can't suggest ideas to rearrange the rooms unless we can be sure of the available space and the downstairs dimensions are also inconsistent ..what is the size of the whole kitchen dining and living area?...maybe the numbers have been changed while you've been attempting to expand the main bedroom?? do you have the builders' plans with dimensions along the sides to confirm the length and width of every space including hallways and the small alcove over the front door and the shower space

I don't like the potential view of the loo from the bed.
Why such a complex house shape??

First I would rearrange the family bath and make a bigger shower and bigger vanity. Then ditch the bath in the master in favour of a bigger vanity.
Third cut the wall back in the wir to allow space for an indented dresser in master adding more floor area to that room.
Obviously you could increase footprint of house,

Oh and downstairs master is missing a wardrobe. Delete a window and install a robe.
