Hello All, I have a 3,400 sq ft. home in the SF Bay Area. We plan to sell it in the near future. It is currently configured with 5BR and a Study but the MBR is relatively small with no walk-in closets. Am I better off combining one of the bedrooms that is adjacent to the Master and having a larger Master with a walk-in? I will still have a 4BR home and we already have a decent home-office in addition.
