Seeking help on ground level deck

Hi there,
I am building a deck which will be level with the ground and enclosed on all sides. I understand this is a big no-no, but it's the design we have envisioned. I'm just wondering what I can do to increase ventilation?
The deck will have 300mm clearance from the ground.
We are planning on doing 140 x 32mm pine decking.
For spacing between boards we were looking at 6-10mm spacing.
We will slope the ground towards a drain and connect it to the storm water drain.
The ground is a combination of sand and dirt, then 100mm below that is clay.
Would we have problems with ventilation? Should we lay down some polythene so all the water will flow into the drain? Is there anything else we could do to increase ventilation?
Thank you
