I assume those are artists renditions via software ?
Personally , I like what the designer has tried to do with the colours , but I don't think the particular blue and brown shades quite work . If the blue was more a steel blue it would be better IMO , while the brown may be better with a deep green tinge , or even go halfway between the main grey wall colour and the charcoal or black of the base -- a deep almost metallic grey .
Even things like the white fences by the garage would be better in a metallic charcoal IMO , and at the other end of the house , there looks to be a beautiful wooden deck , I assume similarly varnished steps , then a plain grey concrete one upstairs ? I'd do the lot in timber , and even though you can't see both ends of the house at the same time , probably the garage door the same , OR maybe even instead of the existing blue render , do that area in a beautifully varnished natural dark vertical timber ( almost 70's ) style -- that would work IMO !
