Have no experience with Neff but have been looking at Vi zug . Loved the touchscreen for that . I think one over other doesn’t make difference in functionality but yes for the looks touchscreen would definitely look better .

I have a Neff oven, totally love it. not the steam oven though. If its just for looks maybe spend the money elsewhere. Switches are generally more reliable. I have a small screen but change settings with a rectangle button with 4 arrows. Could be a better design but completely usable.
