and a cabinet maker, flooring, appliances, taps, sinks, shower toilet, wall cabinets, tiles etc etc... as Kate says it's much easier to employ a builder or bathroom and kitchen specialist to take responsibility for all the trades (like jugglling cats!) and then you will still have a million decisions to make but the builder can advise where and what you will need
