What are the rules for downpipes off sheds in Victoria. Many years ago we got ours checked by our plumber and he said they were fine as they are redirected on our land into our garden system. Our neighbors are insisting they need to be plumbed directly into the storm water.

Before I ring my plumber for a please explain I was hoping someone would have some info on here.
