Hi all,

our bathtub to be installed is acrylic and will be a shower bath. So definitely will need a mortar bed installation I'm told.

WPA 500 liquid membrane is planned to be used for waterproofing.

Anyone know if the mortar bed can be laid on this membrane?

Thanks

Google the product and find the specification sheet, that should answer your question. If the answer isn’t on the sheet, there’s often a info number to call.

I have already looked there but no answer in the specs/manual. Haven't called them though. Anyone had first/secondhand experience with this kind of setup?

Why would you take advice off anonymous strangers, which may be good or bad, on a web forum when you could call the manufacturer and get accurate advice?
