Hi,

I am currently building a new home, and have some doubts about the quality I am getting from my builder. In the soffits around the entire house, i can see the nail heads through the centre of all the soffits. The top floor is cladded with a product similiar to Hardies, and i can see all joins, some clearly bogged, and a large number of nails that have been painted over but are still visible. It doesnt look great but i was keen to get some advice before I raise with the builder.
