What floor leveller would be right for my job

I have a small workshop with an uneven concrete slab that I would like to level up.
My room is 2.4 x 2.9 = 7.2 sq mtr
The height range of the floor is from 1mm to 20mm
I don't want to use the leveller as a substrate. It will be the finished surface.
Because the room is small my tools live on mobile cabinets with hard plastic wheels. I can roll my planer/thicknesser, tablesaw etc into position (in the centre of my room) when I need to, so the leveller needs to finish hard as it will cop a bit of a beating at times.
Specially if I have to drag something over the surface.
I would also prefer the compound to do as it says and "self level". I haven't done this job before and there will be no point in trying if I can't get a level finish.
The alternative is to have it professionally epoxied and get the garage done at the same time ($$$$$?)
Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
