Stairs to the pool n cabana

Is it nice to have the stairs L shape, I feel it makes the pool cabana more open to the house.
Or having it like in the photo, but it feels like it separates the pool cabana to the house

I would definitely wrap the steps around to wherever you have desire lines. Looks like you only have a 1/2 m level change so don’t need railing at all
