Open bed 3 off the hallway and you’ll have room for a toilet but with the powder room do yiu need to separate it. And Why would you move the loo to the laundry when the powder room is right there? What will be your pathway to the clothes line from the laundry? Where through the house will you walk? It may be further but less restrictive to walk around outside. Although I’d move the line to a more convenient spot. I don’t use the line so you need to think of how you live.

The kids bathroom and the toilets need to be rearranged as I don’t believe that they are workable. If the kids bathroom is in use and your in the shower in the ensuite, guests using the toilet would need to wash their hands in the laundry.
So I would move the entry to Bedroom 3 to the hall which makes the bathroom bigger. Put a shower in the bathroom. You can leave a toilet in that bathroom if you want or delete the toilet and have a larger bathroom.
Bump out the laundry wall and delete the external door. Then I would put linen storage in the laundry. Either rearrange the laundry to include linen cupboards or have a WIL at the end (at external wall) and a slightly smaller laundry. You will need to walk thru the laundry to get to the WIL and there won’t be a window in the laundry, however you can always add a skylight in the laundry. Turn what was originally a WIL into a powder room and close off the door from the hall to the toilet in the ensuite.

I would close off the external laundry door. Install toilet in the laundry. Install separate shower and bath in bathroom. Close up hall door in ensuite toilet and delete the basin. Nothing wrong with walking through the home to get to clothesline.

Because the main bathroom is an existing bathroom, think about leaving the set out as is, just update all fixtures.

I’d avoid moving the toilet purely to create a larger kids’ bathroom until you’ve checked the plumbing route and the cost of relocating it. I’d ask your designer to sketch both options at the same scale, showing circulation, storage, door swings and the route to the clothesline. If the existing bathroom can take a separate shower and bath with only fixture updates, that may be the lower-risk path; keep the laundry door if it is the practical route outside. Price both revisions with the builder, including drainage, waterproofing and any structural changes, before choosing.
