I've been looking at these plans for about half a hour now and I'm stumped. What did you guys decide on doing? If things came down to it, you could remove the fireplace. But I'm guessing you don't want to do that. Let me know what you decided to do!

Hi Pardeep, The cushions you buy all depends on how you want the finished room to look. You could go for geometric white and black for a more contemporary look, or add a touch of colour to give the room warmth.

Hi Luke, thanks for your reply. Yes, there is existing plumbing but we need to create a gradient somehow on the wood floor. Concrete floors can be ground to create the gradient but need to come up with some other solution with the wood.

I found that Lighting Direct have these long industrial style ones which suited perfectly for going over a mirror cabinet and you can add an industrial style LED bulb. So Euro that have a Trade Me store sell nice pendants and decided to go with these for the 2nd bathroom.
