Joanne Green Landscape and Interior transformed a dated interior into a relaxed and fresh apartment that embraces the sunlit marine setting of Sydney's Barrenjoey peninsula. The client's brief was to create a layered aesthetic that captures the property's expansive view and amplifies the flow between the interior and exterior spaces. The project included updates to three bedrooms, an ensuite, a bathroom, a kitchen with a butler's pantry, a study nook, a dedicated laundry, and a generous dining and living area. By using thoughtful interior design, the finished space presents a unique, comfortable, and contemporary atmosphere to the waterfront home.

The owners of this residential property were looking to modernise and declutter a tired interior. We undertook a complete transformation of this living space providing them with a beautiful contemporary environment within which to relax and unwind. Using a natural and calming colour scheme we created a light filled space with accents of bright colours for added character. A focus of our brief for this project was the creation of much needed storage. We designed and had made unique wall-to-wall, sleek units that were designed to fit the space and house an array of media, objects and articles. The unit also incorporated specialist glazing allowing uninterrupted AV signals to all media without any unsightly electronic equipment having to be on view. The room also featured a high end, integrated surround sound and mood lighting system. This project involved structural amendments with a false chimney breast being built and existing dividing wall with double doors being removed to provide a better structure and flow to the living and dining areas. Bespoke furniture in the form of made to measure sofas and further bespoke cabinetry to compliment the focal wall-to-wall units added to this sophisticated but warm and welcoming interior.

Elemento centrale è il divano Donovan di Minotti che si posiziona al centro del locale quasi come una scultura. Pareti rivestite in gres porcellanato effetto legno di Marazzi che creano un portale divisorio.

Un proyecto, en el que como hablamos con nuestros clientes en la primera visita a la casa, debíamos estudiar la luz, para realzar y crear ambientes con los que disfrutar de la misma. Texturas, colores elegantes y piezas que impactaran y conectaran entre si.

Whether it's a striking sculpture, a statement vase, or a piece of contemporary art, the niche provides a dedicated space to showcase personal treasures, creating a visual masterpiece that draws the eye. Soft, adjustable lighting highlights these objects, casting subtle shadows and enhancing their beauty. Beneath the niche, a modern gas fireplace adds both warmth and elegance to the room. The fireplace is integrated into the wall, offering a clean, streamlined look that complements the room's contemporary design.
