Lincoln Road is our renovation and extension of a Victorian house in East Finchley, North London. It was driven by the will and enthusiasm of the owners, Ed and Elena, who's desire for a stylish and contemporary family home kept the project focused on achieving their goals.

These bookshelves on both side of the fireplace replaced some worn and very tired-looking predecessors in this Victorian-era home in Prahran. Finished with a stylish cornice, these are a great way to give a fresh look to a room whilst maintaining its period charm.

In the living and dining rooms new light greyed oak parquet floors and traditional white marble fireplaces were specified. Bespoke pale grey lacquer joinery was designed and installed either side of the fireplaces in both rooms, incorporating plenty of storage, with asymmetrical shelving which was lit with individual accent in joinery spotlights. At the side of one of the fireplaces a black steel log store was incorporated. Both the dining and living rooms had the original ornate plaster ceilings, however they had been painted white throughout and were visually lost. This feature was brought back by painting the plaster relief in close, but contrasting, tones of grey to emphasis the detail.

This project involved installing silver-white engineered oak chevron parquet flooring in a spacious Victorian terrace near Wandsworth Common. The flooring was fitted seamlessly throughout the ground floor, including a large double split-level reception room, with additional steps leading down to the kitchen, enhancing the home's elegant and timeless character.

This 19th-century, Grade II-listed manor house on the banks of the River Itchen had been converted into 12, well-resourced apartments. Unfortunately No 5, had a fire. Luckily, the occupants were out. With smoke pouring out of the windows and seeping into the communal hallways, the fire services attended. The damage was disastrous, leaving the apartment derelict and uninhabitable.
