Great small cosy space. The layout is what we need, but would rejig it a bit. I would put a bigger sliding glass door and make a little courtyard off this room (the bath might move due to the garage reshuffle - so laundry access would be good here).

Great small cosy space. The garage is oddly placed (Imaging cooking and eating with your car). I would flip it so there is direct access to the rest of the house from the kitchen, and put a wall and door up to close of the garage.
