Would have like to see a floor plan, and the kiwifruit orchard! (otherwise telling us this fact makes no sense)

Comfort factor missing!
I love clean contemporary lines but I must have an element of luxurious comfort in the furniture. Sorry.

It looks gorgeous. However, the lounge furniture seems have to been bought on looks, disregarding comfort. I can't see a chair or sofa that you'd want to sit in for any length of time. And a general comment (not just for this renovation), I always find the idea of getting an interior designer to choose your artwork really odd. Ours has been built up over time and bought in different countries. Each piece means something to us.
